Our support was ok, I thought - I was just by their section in the corner.
Quite sad, though that some of our fans were singing "play up Pompey" and even "I'm Pompey till I die". No need to dip to those levels.

Not Allardyce's biggest fan but two decent points in the last two matches. Granted, the Man Utd result feels like a defeat after we took the lead and badly needed a 2nd goal but most of us owuld've taken a draw beforehand.
Southampton have been excellent this season and have a lot of dangerous players so to go there and not concede is no small achievement. In the context of our recent form two draws doesn't do us much good but we are not rolling over.
Without Carroll, we have had the Sakho-Valencia partnership up front and if we can play the same way we did against Man Utd, without Allardyce reverting back to his comfortable old tactics with no flexibility, then we'll pick up more points.

There's alluding to and there's accusing me of things I haven't done.
He like a few others have a hard on for me whatever I post, maybe of my own doing to a degree, but to jump up and down accusing me of slagging the club when I'm not under the premise of "well you usually do" is odd. It just proves they're more interested in me than what I write.
What I ACTUALLY do, for fun as I'm bored a lot, is pick apart posters ridiculous defences, comments and justifications when things don't go well. It's very easy but is often interpreted as me slagging the club off.
I have never once said West Ham are fucking shit and should be relegated every season. That to me is slagging the club off, not pointing out the chairman are liars and the manager's a cunt.
Last time I checked we all support West Ham United not Messrs Gold0, Sullivan, BFS and Nolan.
